Art. 1 The prices of goods advertised on the Site are final.
(1) The price of the product and the method of payment are indicated in each order.
(2) The courier shall only provide a fiscal receipt and a receipt for the sale upon receipt of payment in cash, in accordance with applicable law.
Art. 2 Orders from the website may be paid for as follows:

Art. 3 Method of delivery:
(1) Estel Swimwear undertakes to deliver the ordered and purchased goods by courier company to the address indicated by the customer or to the office of the courier company, depending on the customer’s choice. The delivery is made to the door of the building (ground floor).
If the customer uses the test and review option and cancels his order, he pays the transport costs in both directions.
If the customer chooses only one product and returns the second one after using the Choice option, he is obliged to pay the transport costs in both directions.
Art 4 Delivery price
(1) The price for delivery of goods ordered by Estel Swimwear is variable and is determined by the tariff plan of the courier company Econt. The costs shall be borne by the customer.
(2) The courier company charges additional fees for services such as delivery at a fixed time, delivery on a non-working day, SMS notification of received parcel, cash on delivery fee.
(3) Unless otherwise stated in the advertisement of the selected goods, the following delivery conditions and prices apply:

Art. 5 (1) Orders for goods from Estel Swimwear are accepted 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Accepted orders shall be processed and dispatched by courier within 1-3 working days, unless we have agreed otherwise, from the day on which you have received notification pursuant to Article 14, paragraph 2 that we will fulfil the order, respectively from the date of the order. The delivery period shall be extended accordingly by the number of days off for orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
(2) Estel Swimwear shall not be liable for delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond Estel Swimwear’s control, such as delay on the part of the courier making the delivery, prohibition by a government authority, extraordinary or force majeure circumstances, force majeure pursuant to Article 306 of the Commercial Act.
Examination for delivery defects
Art. 6 (1) When making delivery of goods ordered from Estel Swimwear, the customer undertakes to examine them carefully in person or through a third person authorised by him who accepts the same.
(2) In the event of external visible defects – possible damage and other damages found upon delivery, the customer or the third party shall sign a damage report in the presence of the courier, in which the report shall describe the defects found and shall immediately, not later than 72 hours after delivery, notify Estel Swimwear of the finding.
Acceptance of shipment
(1) In the event of refusal to accept delivery, the consumer shall be liable for all costs incurred in making delivery, which shall include the cost of courier services and packaging.
(2) The system on the website will mark this customer as incorrect.
Art. 7 Estel Swimwear shall ensure the appropriate packaging of the goods. If, for any reason, the shipment does not contain a product or component necessary to the ordered item, then please contact us and we will do our best to provide it as quickly as possible.
Non-acceptance of order and unjustified refusal
Art. 8 (1) In the event that the customer or his/her nominee is not found within the delivery period at the address he/she has indicated and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, Estel Swimwear shall consider this as an unjustified refusal of the order and shall be released from its obligation to deliver the goods ordered and the customer shall lose the possibility of having the goods ordered delivered.
(2) Estel Swimwear reserves the right to send a notification to the e-mail address provided by the customer or a telephone call about an unclaimed shipment.
