Product return conditions:

  • Please contact us at email: mylucinda.eu and we will send you back email with shipping instructions.
  • You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Pack the product in its original packaging.
  • All labels and hygiene stickers must be on the product.
  • The refund for the product will be made by bank transfer within 14 working days from the day of receipt.
  • The shipping amount is NOT refundable.
  • The costumer chooses a transport company with which to return his order. We recommend a company that provides a tracking number. All the cost for returning are at the costumer expense.

 

  • Estel Swimwear reserves the right to return the item back to you and NOT to make a refund if:
    – The product has been used
    – The product is soiled
    – The trade labels or hygiene sticker are not retained

 

  • Transport costs are the responsibility of the User

 

  • Please, note that Estel Swimwear is not responsible if your package is lost by the courier company.
