DELIVERY OF GOODS AND PRICES
Art. 1 The prices of goods advertised on the Site are final, included VAT
(1) The costumer bears all customs cost, if any . My Lucinda and Estelany OOD don’t not responsible for these costs
(2) Upon receiving your order, you will be issued an invoice for its value.
Art. 2 Orders from the website may be paid as follows:
(1) Payments are made only via bank transfer.
Art. 3 Method of delivery:
(1) My Lucinda undertakes to deliver the ordered and purchased goods by courier company to the address indicated by the customer.
(2) If the courier fails to deliver the order and it is returned to us, the transportation cost in both directions will be deducted and not refunded.
Art 4 Delivery price
(1) The price for delivery of goods ordered by My Lucinda is 15 EU.
Delivery time:
Art. 5 (1) Orders for goods from My Lucinda are accepted 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Accepted orders shall be processed and dispatched by courier within 1-2 working days.
(2) Delivery of items may take between 5-14 business days. Depends on which country it is shipped to.
(3) Please, note that My Lucinda or Estelany OOD is not responsible if your package is lost by the courier company.
