Product return conditions:

Please contact us at email: contact @ estelswimwear.com and we will send you back email with shipping instructions.
You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Pack the product in its original packaging.
All labels and hygiene stickers must be on the product.

The refund for the product will be made by bank transfer within 14 working days from the day of receipt.
The shipping amount is NOT refundable.
The costumer chooses a transport company with which to return his order. We recommend a company that provides a tracking number. All the cost for returning are at the costumer expense.

Estel Swimwear reserves the right to return the item back to you and NOT to make a refund if:
– The product has been used
– The product is soiled
– The trade labels or hygiene sticker are not retained

Transport costs are the responsibility of the User

Please, note that Estel Swimwear is not responsible if your package is lost by the courier company.
