My Lucinda and Estelany OOD don\u2019t not responsible for these costs<\/p>\n<p>(2) Upon receiving your order, you will be issued an invoice for its value.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 2 Orders from the website may be paid as follows:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Payments are made only via bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Art. 3 Method of delivery:<\/p>\n<p>(1) My Lucinda undertakes to deliver the ordered and purchased goods by courier company to the address indicated by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>(2) If the courier fails to deliver the order and it is returned to us, the transportation cost in both directions will be deducted and not refunded.<\/p>\n<p>Art 4 Delivery price<\/p>\n<p>(1) The price for delivery of goods ordered by My Lucinda \u00a0is 15 EU.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery time:<\/p>\n<p>Art. 5 (1) Orders for goods from My Lucinda are accepted 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Accepted orders shall be processed and dispatched by courier within 1-2 working days.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Delivery of items may take between 5-14 business days.
